Summary of the story: Distress Signals from Garon Capital suggest the missile launched last mission has in fact hit the city, Comms are choppy but we were able to make out that the chemical detonated is turning people into weird creatures who want to kill, millions are dead. you must save the president and rescue as many citizens as you can.
