Event Name: RC Mission Gone Wrong

Summary of the story: A RC got captured by CIS forces while on a mission on trying to grab information and was brought to the Alpha outpost by CIS forces and get information out of the RC such as a Freqs, locations on main base and number of troopers inside. As well as after they get attacked and destroyed at alpha outpost they send in the infection known as SMOK (Ragoul Infection). 

What was the result of the event?: RC got captured and was infected with SMOK (Ragoul infection) and when he went to the base he was fully infected  and turned and started to attack the clones, once he was killed the CIS released the rest of the SMOK infection and from there, others got infected and the serum was made to cure it.
