New Voice Chat

Suggestion: to make when you speak in voice chat it doesn't tell you whos listening to make it more "realistic" so if someone is cloaked then the people around them don't have to pretend that they don't know they are there it could make stealth with event characters more realistic when people don't say "oh i think someone is listening to us let me just go check" this would prevent this and so people would have to actually know how far they can go before not being able to be heard. 

Implementation: remove the whos listening when you talk in voice chat

There 'is' a way to disable this. But Its just clientside.

-1 due the fact that a lot of the time you cant tell if the person you are trying to talk to can hear you, and this feature helps you tell if people are in your voice range or not. I don't wanna have to talk to someone only to find out I was talking to myself the whole time.

 

Also i'm pretty sure its against the rules to sniff out a cloaked person this way. Its FailRP to do so.

-1 there’s deadass a console command them at removes this as well as Tj red screen when you receive damage.
