Event Name: The Stalker Returns

Summary of the story: The Stalker returns to cause havoc across the base, and almost causes a defcon 1 so everyone can evacuate. He controls the mind of some important people in order to cause a mass genocide, and it partially works! He gives a place to meet, which is his home moon by the name of Korariah for the final battle. (LEADS UP TO A FINAL DEPLOYMENT)
