Why did you leave the staff team?: Last Quote " I was removed due to inactivity. The inactivity reason being college. " I was in school and had no time for the server so I had to leave. I made a RE-APP and ended up moving out of State to VA, now im all set and ready to come back full term. I promise. I've made space and i'm out of school.
Why do you want to rejoin the staff team? (3 sentence minimum): I never wanted to leave, staff was my home. I want to continue helping the server by being very active. I'm on at all times through the night (EU) and i'd like to be able to control the server when others cant. I'm very helpful and caring and very likely to teach well.
How do you feel your previous time as a staff member went? (3 sentence minimum): From the beginning to end I kept my word for helping all in need and being a active gamer for the Synergy community. I was loved to an extent, i tried my best to make great events and i TR trained anytime i could. I think im up for the challenge of reaching my goals.
Do you understand by re-applying to get your previous rank back that you will be tested on your knowledge of the server rules and practices?: I understand fully and i'm ready for all the questions that may come. I'm also available for the interview this time around.

It took Sock a long time to get where he is and no we don't need an official process because there SHOULDN'T be one.
Being a ranked CT is not a goal to be sought after but instead a reward for those that go above and beyond in RP, Dedication to the community, and provide the best experience for any new player that joins the server.
Most of the points that have been made on this entire thread are very valid. So in terms, i'd like to just remove the suggestion. I've heard all i needed to hear.

CTs are the recruits for batts. they don't need ranks, join a batt for ranks. You get better weapons and more people to talk to. You don't need to then work up to a stupid rank you can just chill. CT PVTs are either new members, minges or retired members. Retired members just want to chill and mess around, like a controllable minge. Minges wanna fuck about a break the rules and probably get kicked or banned. New member want to experience the server. A CT SGT will literally have like no point "manage the CTs and make sure they are not minges" Staff has been doing this for ages, it doesn't work. MCMD and Regs won't want to do a Roster for every person joining the server, imagine that, about 100+ CTs in a week, that's 100 new people on. almost all of them join batts, so you'd add them just to remove them. It's stupid not needed and adds responsibility to the job which people use when they don't want responsibility.
Leave CT as the CT Gang. No CT squads Alpha, Butter, Charlie, Dumbass, Fucktard, etc.You read this entire thread incorrectly. What you're saying contradicted the entire point of the post.

Why do you want to join the Intel Team. So... I was in the Intel team previously. I got removed for inactivity. I'm coming back for the same reasons of trying to help Synergy as much as I possibly can. I like voting, discussing ideas, making changes worthwhile, and making communities come together once again. Synergy has been through phases I feel could've been avoided with a little more communication and responsibility in our higher-ups. I want to represent the key to that door and implement the change!
