+1 ive known this man for 5+ years in fact he was the first person to ever train me on star wars BACK on SBS when he was a SGT I have seen your progress dedication and kindness from day 1 and watched you grow as a person in general now specifficaly to synergy. You have worked with the 91st a long time and been a constant and strucctured member you have handeled all you job as DO to the best of your ability and have done a great job in it always professional and giving precise and accurate reports as a commander you have good communcation with almost all your troops and know how to lead and bring people together you are often an element of calming and order. In all honesty I could go on writing for a while but we both know writing isnt my strong suit so to end this i honestly beleve you will do well in this position and help the recon regiment thrive.

there is no one I think is currently more deserving of this position and I know you will do an incredible job. You are constantly working hard and dedicated to the battalion I truly believe you will do a wonderful job as neyo.

Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum):
I personally find staff work enjoyable and do well with conflict resolution. I want to assist this server as I know we are looking for more staff members. I am on a lot during times in which I notice the staff team doesn't respond and would like to help alleviate that issue. I also wish to help my troopers this will allow me to not only create more training and simulations for them but to also assist in whitelisting them in a timely manner. This would also help me keep up with a lot of my downtime in the day by taking tickets and assisting people. This also has a relation to my field of study and it is an area of interest for me.
Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum):
I'm 21 I live in the south and I am a criminal justice student (pre-law) I'm definitely an introvert but what you would call an extroverted thinker aka my judgments are mainly based around facts and logic. I have a golden retriever named apollo.
Do you have any previous staff experience?
Yes I was a moderator on SBS CWRP for around a year

2/10 for the medical railroading we made 2 seperate choices both of which the gm chose to fly in and just say it wont work along with saying medics weren't allowed to use surgical droids for an extremely complex surgery which fits in with lore clones almost never did surgery especially when it was a surgery this complex they would leave it to the droids while monertering the proccess https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/2-1B_surgical_droid

-1 last time I interacted with you was right before your last ban and I was trying to show you how to change peoples minds through actions and to remain calm when you dont get your way and we had a long talk currently to my knowledge you are still black listed form every battalion and have a bad rep in the server Unless you can get unblacklisted from somewhere I dont see you coming back in a positive manor and I dont think any battalion will honestly stick out there reputation for you at this point im sorry but I dont think you should come back to synergy as it wont be a healty or welcoming environment and it will most likley just piss you off again. leading to similar events that got you banned in the first place.
