Reason for demotion on Synergy: Why did you leave the staff, team?: I was removed by freck for "minging" on our ttt server.
Also he explained his reason for demotion 1 minute before I made this EDIT. look down to see it.

This app system is very new and I want to point out that not many should be accepted here. This is not the only way to apply for TRO, you can still do the exam. Only the people who have been putting a lot of time and work in the TR program should be accepted. You have been TR trained a long time ago and have only trained 3 CC's in the past months, 2 this month (in a single training) and one last month (Please correct me if I am wrong) for now I will -1 this.This is like no activity at all ^ Whats the point of being TRO if you are showing this kind of activity for the TR Program. -1

+1 I would be stupid not too. I was in 212th for a short amount of time and I have only positive interactions with him. He has great leadership and communication skills that the staff team could use

Tell us why you wish to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum):
I want to be a administrator on this server because I really enjoy this server and I have been dedicating my time to it. Me and my friend were looking for a new server to play on and we hopped through 3 servers until we hit this one. I felt like this server was somewhat different and my gut feeling was true as this community is probably one of the best I have seen so far. I have seen staff members like Mercy putting a lot of work towards the server, training the TR's, Responding to the calls, and overall being good at what he does. It really encourages me to want to help the staff team out when I see incredible staff members like him and such others. So applying for staff is the next best step to helping out the server. And also with all this free time I have I end up just sitting and doing nothing and waiting for the next thing to happen when other people are busy during their time on the server that day. I want to change that habit. I would like to join the staff.
Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum):
Well I'm a relaxed and chill dude playing basketball during my free time. I have a lot of free time due to the relaxed schedule of my school and the fact of i'm not interested in any other games. I usually hover around the foxtrot channel and everyone once in a while I go into the outreach channels, so if you ever need to catch me that's the fastest way. I sometimes play different game modes with friends of mine and play dead by daylight when having a squad. Currently enjoying that no life style.

Reason: I'm a helping a friend with a server for 3-4 days / I got 4 tests and tons of school work flooding in. Just overall really busy and need some time to do it all
