I'm all for let the water go underneath the bridge, but a part of me thinks that it would not go well. He has somewhat a had track record in the past, while people can change. I feel it's more of a mask than him actually changing.
I would love to be proven wrong, if he changes his behavior and proves he has changed. I say he well deserves Admin. This is just my thoughts, doesn't mean it's true.

Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): I have played on this server for a few months now and I have decided i want to step up and assist where I can. This will allow me to help with the minges during "minge hours". Also, I have been improving relationships that may have been tainted when I first started as I have come under great mentorship on this server. Becoming new admin will be a small steppingstone for me on this server as well as allow me to help build the future here for all of us to enjoy. Allowing me to test myself on the team will be not only a benefit for myself but also for the rest of staff as I am a fast learner and will not step down for a challenge meant for self-growth.
Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): My name is Hunter, I'm 28 years old. Medically retired USMC veteran. I have a wonderful wife who allows me to Star Wars larp on a computer game. I have a bachelor's degree in STEM based Education.
Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Yes, I was a head admin on ICEFUSE Military rp, my job there mainly consisted of keeping accurate lore events as well as dealing with internal staff issues. I helped grow the server at its height back in 2019 with helping insight on our development team and map creation.
How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?: 399:53:37 as of this application.

This man is a mentor to me.
He loves the 41st and has been here for a minute.
He truly cares about people and I would never question anything from him.
The only reason I plus one him is because I can't do anything higher than a plus 1 .

tbh i don't think he is ready.
needs to mature and not take certain things personally.he is a good guy but i think he needs to grow a bit more.
also, he needs to communicate better with his lower enlisted and officers, not just hiding in a locked channel.Someone who " will leave if someone else gets the position" in my eyes isn't fit for the position.
Also, minimal effort was put into this application.

also it be really cool if later today we did a part 2 with the village as the ending of it was very dramatic -

its an issue on the " props " used to make some of the buildings
they the npcs dont recognize it and they are able to ignore it,
its hard to fix this .
its not that the devs and map creator cant its more of a droid issue-

Tell us why you want to be an administrator (6 sentence minimum): I'm looking for my next step on this server. I have grown very fond to the people on this server and i want to help it grow. This would allow me to become more challenged and give me something to do as I have retired from all my other servers. I now because of this server have gotten more intrigued with starwars lore. I hope to be an understanding and unbiased member of the team and although the staff ticket time is very quickly responded to, I feel like I can help keep that as well as my time online could be a valuable asset.

I helped with server advertising. I also was an Admin on another rp server (one i highly regret due to the toxic community) I was one who reached out directly to facepunch when our server was blacklisted.How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server? 181 hours from time I'm writing this.

your plans of removing the people who are in all reality keeping 41st alive is kind of goofy.
there is no real reason to remove them and even though i understand your intentions it could also be argued that you are going to put your friends in high places.
again, I know that's not your intentions but again it could be argued.
you're a good guy and good player. But right now, i don't think it's the best time for you.
