the troopers weren't actually arrested and 2 of them were Specialists 1 from 212th and 1 from 41st the 3rd trooper was a CT

I think applying for BCMD after 2 months of joining the server is also a bit unexperienced. I see a lot of room for improvement and then maybe my opinion would change but for now it will be a -1.
-1 I agree with Cooter, you openly joked about a persons stutter and applying for BCMD after 2 months of playing on Synergy you could use a bit more experience before applying.
