So High Command and Server Leadership have been keeping an eye on DU and the state of it for a while now. It's safe to say they haven't been doing too hot for a good bit now and they've basically soft locked themselves with very low activity and almost zero recruitment. A tldr list of reasons: Low activity Low numbers No recruitment Inactive officer and NCO corps Current server pop With this being said High Command has come to the decision to hard lock Doom's Unit for the time being until server population stabilizes and we will look into reopening the battalion then. The few people left in the battalion will be allowed to transfer out to another battalion of their choosing. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to send them my way.

Ex. tfa_e5 (Get this from the Q menu)) Other: With the server's current state and looking at the track record of SOBDE since the Grey RC changes the battalion currently believes that this will be the best course of action for the battalion rather than dealing with the cards we have. It has been extremely difficult to get this battalion back on it's feet considering the systems in place. Plenty of people want to be all these cool RC lore characters but majority of them don't want to be watered down RC that's only purpose is to wait for the position you want to open and then do another tryout to potentially become that character. +1, I believe SOBDE will function better and have a better flow of lore characters if this is to be accepted. AS much as I wanted the Grey RC idea to work in my honest opinion it just doesn't. Let's get back to a winning formula but keep them in the battalion format. Best of both worlds.
