I don’t think this balances the work load as much as it confuses the work load

From the Office of High Command 8/12/2022 From the Office of the Marshal- Xaze General Updates Palpatine Change - For the forseeable future, Palpatine will be the same rank as Marshal. Palpatine maintains the same rank in RP however this change balances the work load in High Command. Roles will be distributed following the below: Marshal: Clones & Naval Palpatine: BH Jedi & Senate Roleplayer of the Week @ZerosCongratz on Roleplayer of the week. I asked in game & a ton of people put your name up. Clone Updates Command Meeting Battalion Buff Decisions are as Follows 212th - Health 501st - Health GM - Health DU - Armor 104th - Armor CG - Armor Rancor - Speed SOBDE - Speed 41st - Speed Navy Updates About 80% of the faction has been contacted about their inactivity and have until 8/17 to respond. After that, inactive members will be set into the reserve system and demoted to Crewman Apprentice. A new improved roster is under the works from Satan which will support discord automation. Naval documents are being updated and revamped, we have already updated the punishment guideline form. The following are next on the agenda for updating and fixing: Engineering handbook ATC handbook Naval NCO guideline Naval Officer Guideline Naval Handbook Naval Trainings Handbook (to be made) Jedi Updates I am currently trying to create better opportunities for the order giving them something to do. The biggest issue at the moment is getting Jedi participation. Obviously were never going to have more than clones but there are a lot of battalions that are missing Jedi which gives me the Idea that Jedi activity is really low. We have Jedi on at times but a lot of them are not really in branches or battalions. The order is just extremely complacent at the moment and that is something I believe is the main priority to fix Guild Updates The Guild is pushing out new updates with roleplay and continuing to promote RP. Senate The Galactic Senate will soon have its Chief Military Advisor, The Senate has been discussing ways to improve the Senate within and outside the Faction, The Senate will be making some proposals within the next week or 2 to explore many aspects of the Senate and the Server. The Senate Guard has also been getting some focus, with us finally getting some regular recruitment. I think the batt buffs is a great change, Despite delays from outside sources HC got exactly what the people wanted. That's great to see. It went through all the BCMDs and all their ideas were accounted for and it all came together seemingly democratically which is unusual for HC but quite welcome. Palpatine is an interesting change, I can see why and why it shouldn't have happened. I would've preferred a separate job created but HC might not have wanted a bloated system or maybe there was outside constraints. Either way it's not world ending. I think now would be a much better time to move Navy under palpatine again, it's weird the marshal gets rule over a faction if we now have a faction marshal. also is it possible to make it so CG only have a speed boost when having their batons out? so they don't have double buffs permanently and only when doing arresting?

I should’ve done this months ago as I’ve been burnt out and focused on bigger and better things than gmod for quite a while. With college quickly approaching my time on Synergy is officially coming to an end, at least for now. When I joined the server with @Hanzalmost 2 years ago I joined to minge and ruined one of @Shockpoint's deployments and was quickly blacklisted from 501st by @Conrad. I set off to join ARF in any battalion and blow up a debrief before quitting the server, but instead I ended up having a change in perspective after finishing my tryout for 212th with @BadDog. I decided to give the server a chance which I had never done on any other server. With me staying I met some great people and became hooked on the server during the pandemic and stuck around much longer than I would've ever imagined. I don't expect to ever fully come back, but I will absolutely stick around in TS to some extent. _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Goodbyes: Only going to type out some of these, the rest will be an @ @Mazen You have a great ability to make any conversation or channel interesting and its been great knowing you from Titan Base until now. Can you elaborate? Clones just had double redundancy? We got rid of the redundancy and made Palpatine's expectations in High Command more clear.

Main reason for the use of intercom was to try and get peoples attention. I was running around the base being ignored by everyone and no one seemed to want to RP. So the idea was to make people head over to BCC to do literally anything other than ignore me. But even that didnt work lmfao

I know it was short, but i genuinely enjoyed this event encounter whatever you may call it 5- For Gameplay, Even though it was short i really like how you used parts of the base with the vent system gives a little spice to the event. being trapped in there with the explosions while others watched above was actually really fun, watching us get slaughtered. While i cant speak for others that were trapped, for me actively in the scenario i thought it was fantastic! 4- for care and effort. as you turned something passive and small into this event while trying to maintain your standard for your other. Being a solo gm with all those ticket i know is a pain and having so mayn thigns happen at once its hard to control but you did super well! 5- For performance not any issues on my end overall really loved this !!
