I want to mentor and guide the 104th into a battalion that can always bounce back when times get tough and to have the confidence to always try their best. I needed to take breaks along the way but I've always loved coming back. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Where do you want your battalion or squad to be at the end of your term?: The previous BCMD had some solid systems in motion and some set in place that in my opinion don’t need changing, however I will attempt to finely polish those systems for any flaws and see improvements with the battalion, these are my plans for my term. Activity and Productivity While I do understand that events may take a long time to set up and may not even happen back to back, my goal is to make sure that even in down moments that the troopers of 104th are always being productive, even if it means small passive rp to heavy training sessions in SIMs. When my term ends I want the 104th to show that no matter the situation we can always do something to not only pass the time but to also learn new things with an open mind. Jedi and their roles within 104th Jedi within the 104th have recently picked up responsibilities within the battalion such as holding rank equivalents and even interactions within the battalion, my goal by the end of my term is to have both factions work together just like if it was run by only clones I want to accomplish this by allowing Jedi to lead troops into battle and even hosting more trainings os the battalion can grow accustomed to working with Jedi. The Jedi played a major leadership role within each battalion in lore and I want to give them a chance at leadership capabilities as well as more roleplay options whether it be inside an event or roaming around base training with the troopers. NCO/SNCO Corps While the NCOs/SNCOs have been doing a good job, I aim by the end of my term to assist them in taking initiative and build up their confidence to handle even greater responsibilities. They are the future of the battalion and to give them more leadership opportunities within roleplay could boost their capabilities which could in turn teach the future enlisted whether it be in physical training or handling specific situations within RP. Officer Corps Officers should always be seen as mentors and leaders to any battalion while also representing the standards presented to them, by the end of my term i want to leave behind Officers that are not only dedicated and hard working to the battalion but over all able to face any problem and find a quick solution to it. This means working individually with each officer to find ways to improve themselves then coming together to see better improvements to the battalion as a whole, at the end of the day we all work together and i wish to keep that system alive. Battalion Outlook The 104th being a siege battalion not only works with the entire regiment but should be capable of working with any battalion it is with at specific or sudden moments, by the end of my term I want 104th to welcome other battalions to it’s training whether it be SIMs or even patrols when able so that we may work as one and even learn new things and improve relations along the way. I’m used to BCMD Application formats, I like explaining my goals in a separate section instead of this one. So I’ll make the question myself and make it Part 2 of this. I’ll make both points short and to the point. No Fluff and Filler Why Should I? I’ll let my previous experience speak for me. With the BCMD+ Positions I have held, I have been able to identify flaws in structures and come up with ways to either fix or replace them, with a high rate of succession. Most recently, 104th is currently in the best state it has been for a while now. I ripped out a majority of what was in place and, in my own way of putting it, fixed the battalion. Setting it down a strong path for the next Wolffe. I have also held a Regimental position before. I know the work that is required of a RCMD and have no issue in doing the job. With that out of the way, I move into my second point for this question. My love for this Faction. Being a Bounty Hunter is such a fun experience (Biased). It allows you to be whoever you want to be without the restrictions that Clones and Jedi have. I want the opportunity to be able to improve this highly versatile faction into something better than it is. Why Should I become Guild Leader? Because I know I can make Bounty Hunter’s better than they are. I would not be in the position I am right now if my predecessors didn’t think I was capable. What Are Your Plans for the Guild? Thanks for asking Brooklyn, I’ll gladly answer. Renovating the Black Market - So, with the update being out and everything, we gotta take a couple things off the market and possibly add a few new things. This is something that is currently being worked on, but this will effect Clan Items in storage and other aspects of the Guild. One thing that I will try to push for is the selling and buying of stolen vehicles on the market. It’s not a guarantee, but it is something people want and is something I’m willing to fight for. Personalized (Clan) / Faction Campaigns - Until recently, we had a Shadow Collective Campaign involving the Guild, Mandalore, and the Hutt Cartel. It was put on hold due to the loss of our previous Leader and Lieutenant, but it is something that will be continuing as it brought a ton of activity and Roleplay to the Faction. Other Campagin ideas can be branched off of this and can give people a chance to develop themselves within other factions that the Guild associates with (Hutt Cartel / Shadow Collective, that kind of thing). The Personalized Campaigns would assist Clan’s in staying active and helping them enjoy the Faction without the entire server having to be subject to it. This would essentially consist of mini storylines for Clans, if they choose to partake. Details are still being worked on. Cracking down on the Cabinet - The Cabinet consists of 2 Lieutenants / 5 Marshals / 5 Evaluators at any given time. This is 12 people that must be looked after. As this isn’t particularly difficult, it takes someone with an unbiased persona and a heavy hand to properly maintain. As these Cabinet Members actually get paid for doing work (in renown), they are expected to do their jobs or get removed. Essentially, a 1 strike system. They represent the Guild, they work in service of the Guild, and can be terminated from it if seen fit. Hunter Hostility - There is a lot of tension between the Guild and the Republic right now. Mostly being the actions taken by Hostile Bounty Hunters. I will reiterate one of the Guild’s core values: "You are a Bounty Hunter. You are not a Terrorist”. Those acting as such will be dealt with swiftly given the evidence is accurate. Zero tolerance policy for this behavior as it damages the Guild’s reputation and sucks the joke out of both sides. The “Give and Take” - After conversing with a few of the Clone BCMD’s, it is obvious that both sides WANT to work together, but won’t due to past incidents or stubbornness on both sides. I will be taking that first step to improve the Guild’s likeness to the server. Starting with Base Passes. I know that sounds dumb, but bare with me. Talking with SOBDE, Guac brought up an extremely good point: “Respect goes both ways, and if hunters want to be engaged with, they need to offer a reason as to why they should be. Civilians, BH’s or not, are not here cause they are required too, there are here cause it is a privilege. Respect the troops around you.” The point to this, is a give and take system. The Give: A Hunter is able to be on Base for a certain time, and can be subject to assisting on the base from Republic officials. This can increase the time they are allotted on base or decrease it. The Take: Other Players use this to actively engage and roleplay with the Bounty Hunters. Without treating everyone as a suspect or a target. A Hunter can choose to be useful or not. A Republic Official can choose to utilize them or not. This is the first part of the system. All I have worked out for the given moment. This is a developmental system that can take a while to make. (Guac get’s the credit for this as I wouldn’t of thought of it without him) Availability: In Game: Tuesday - Saturday: 5pm - 11:30pm EST Sunday & Monday: 9am - 12am EST Discord: My job allows me to be on my phone pretty much all day. So I am basically available 17 hours a day for 7 days a week. Only time I am not is when I am sleeping. I shall explain both in two separate sections. The Diplomat: A Guild Leader is the face of the faction. The face of the Guild. But they also acts as such to the rest of the server. Working with the Republic to identify criminals, or for server sake, fugitive Bounty Hunters / Creating ties with other factions in RP to help or harm later down the line. Maintaining the image the Guild is the main motive. A stable balance is needed for Bounty Hunters to truly thrie. As the Neutral / Hostile faction, a line needs to be drawn on both sides to have a good experience. Something both the Guild and the Republic must do together. The Playmaker: This is a word I felt describe the role good. A Guild Leader can initiate Base Raids / Can “silence’ (PK) individuals if necessary / Can work with GM’s to include Hunters’ on events. There is so much a Guild Leader can do to entertain or create RP, that I call it a Playmaker. The abilities a Guild Leader possesses can improve the Guild’s Reputation with the Republic or worsen it. It’s an extremely volatile mix that if utilized correctly, can boost the faction to greater heights. Do you have a microphone?: Yes Do you understand that if you go inactive that you will be removed from your position?: Yes How do you plan to improve relations between the guild and the server?: This is a difficult question to answer, however there are many ways to improve relations: First off, I will say, please refer to Give & Take in the section about. Secondly, I want to try and push for is the allowed presence of the Guild Leadership on Base with permanent passes (Not Permits). As they represent the interests of the Guild, they should be allowed to BE the representatives on Base. I am talking about Guild Marshals and Lieutenant’s. This is gonna be an “iffy” topic. But a needed one nevertheless. Next up, The Most Wanted Board. This is something that is done in RP, but giving Republic information on the RMW List can be a good stepping stone. Assisting one another is in our best interests and can be used for good faith and standing. This obviously goes both ways, if Hunters are tracking someone on the RMW List, the Republic can also give Identification in assisting with the elimination of said criminals. Lastly, advertising the use of contracting Bounty Hunters on a smaller scale. What I mean by this is a Clone / Naval / Jedi going up to a Hunter on base, asking and paying for their assistance in clearing droids out or deploying to another planets for a difficult mission / contracting them for one mission as security / In more sinister means, assassination. These are all things that can be done to bring the Guild and the Server together. But it all starts with each side taking a step forward. Do you understand that your position has a three month term? Honestly you're getting a +1 on almost this sentence alone. Not every BCMD has to come in with changes that are a wild in some big attempt to make a name for themselves or something like that. Sometimes the best things you can do is keep a good working stable system in order and continue it for a long time. I feel like right now that will be beneficial for 104th instead of large changes that are not needed as you're in a good spot. Brooklyn wouldn't have made you CMD if he didn't trust you, and I trust him. Good luck.

Some of you guys have real low opinions of British people. Good. I got a quick question for you, what’s your plan of attack to help improve the servers perception of CG. While I’ve seen them doing better and have been trying to push people to give them a second chance due to new leadership many feel reluctant, as the negatives where too recent and too great to look past. What steps do you plan to take to get over this.

We were gonna keep it as a surprise but might as well tell you all now. We will be introducing gm_flatgrass into a main server map rotation in the coming update. Hopefully this will provide you guys with a fresh new scene in which the server will thrive in. Super excited to see what kind of creative scenarios you guys will make with this new map!

I honestly liked the actual base however, the outside parts were kinda ass. the base was pretty sick because it made sense (apart from HMC being outside). the BCC could be locked down meaning any infiltrators trying to get in couldn't just cloak and walk up to BCC. the vents added a good way for said intruders to get into the base and move around it. the base design was honestly pretty good but the map was ruined by its depressing atmosphere, tiny sky box, no outposts and other stuff that Conrad already mentioned.

Titan Base sucked, and I still think it does. The reason why I'm a firm Anaxes fan boy is because we got the original map only a couple months after Season 7 of Clone wars was announced. We instantly got into it at the same time the show the server is loosely based on was also introducing it, which was major. Now we have similar features that Titan base has with much more space. It might get stale sometimes but there's always something that can be done on Anaxes. It also seems to be one of the most optimized maps we've played on. I will continue to fanboy probably until S&box officially releases.

There is no way to be nice about this, sorry in advance. I just cannot describe the pain of killing multiple Sith, max health antlions, and topped off with the fucking placement. I don't think I have ever disliked a Suggestion more. IF there is anything to take away from this please do not make anything like this again. Try to make it easier, take more time to plan, and think about the players. To help soothe my pain I will post all the jokes I could think off: That was the Detroit of suggestions. I will be playing part II in my fucking nightmares. It felt like a war documentary on Iraq. It was like clearing out a Roach factory but your guns shoot roaches aswell. The social commentary on the treatment of natives during manifest destiny. Felt like Christmas in the hood. -1

I got like super heavy nostalgia for the map cause it was so fun for me playing it. I think the only good part about Titan Base was the actual base, i hate the anaxes base personally, but everything i feel is a upgrade of what we have, most of the maps at Titan base really sucked, i get PTSD to that snow map. The reason why i love the inside base is cause of how crowded everything was, i was playing synergy at its LOWEST, 30+ players with a 40 peak if i remember (IT was so bad) but it still felt fun cause there was people around so close to each other, Anaxes base even with 60 people looks so empty. If we could replace the actual base part i would be a fan, smaller shit makes people interact with each other more, (Same reason why Venators also work).

Did anyone else think Titan Base was one of the better maps Synergy used. Other than some major flaws, like the skybox, optimization, etc. I kind of wished I would've played on it longer because Anaxes got kinda boring after having it for a year. Even though this one is custom made for synergy, it's still Anaxes. I know the founders spent a lot of time, dedication, and money on this map, so I'm not saying we should switch maps just giving my opinion.
