Today marks my day that i have played synergy for 1 year! Its awesome to make friends here, i have enjoyed talking to alot of you guys I just wanted to post this as a reminder so i dont forget about this next year. Here is a list of the people I remember roaming titan base with 20+ people on having shitty harley events,meeting Nova, and Young as echo and fixer and begging anyone to ENG train me. Seeing shit boom in it just going in a upward spiral really makes me happy to see the server and the future, it keeps me motivated seeing that shit can improve, its my daily motivation to be honest Cant wait for another year on synergy!

Quick thing, by the way. If you guys have a specific name you want that might get taken early, the game opens on the EU side at 3AM EST on the 28th. Battalion: Specialized Regiment RP Name: RCMD Bitter Date: 9/27/2021 Reason: Lots of different reasons however I'll stick to the ones that effect me directly. With my current job and the hours that I work I just don't have the time to be as active as I was at the start of my term. I work from mid afternoon to late into the evening which only leaves the morning during the week for me to be able to get online and do what I need to do. With my job comes a bit of stress relating to what I have to do when I go into work. I come home physically and mentally drained and I am not wanting to deal with issues I just need to relax and as of late I haven't had that luxury. I still want to help Specialized where I can however, I was sucking the fun out of everything everytime I joined the server. I'd get on and have to deal with something right away instead of just talking with others and playing the game that we all enjoy. I need to stop loosing sleep worrying about everything and start to have fun on this server again. So I am gonna focus on myself and go from there. Goodbyes: I will be staying on the server to help Spec where I can I just can't deal with the stress I have in my current life stuffs and have to come and deal with stress on the server.

I don’t think the “8 days since I was promoted” thing is a valid criticism cause it’s not related to you as a naval. however, under FYIs yularen term you also helped contribute to the current state of the navy, and your first action upon his resignation was to promote someone to the highest rank you could despite them not being on the server nor having an active presence for months Don’t take this personal Spookz, naval is in need of serious reforms and currently I don’t see you being the one to usher in those reforms. -1

Honestly I think it's really cool for you to have joined when Synergy was at its lowest activity wise. That means you've been able to see all the shenanigans and rebuilding that's needed to happen to get us where we are now. Thanks for sticking around and being a chill dude

I'm genuinely on the fence No doubt you've been very helpful in the background when it comes to discussions and changes however that's just apart of the job of Chancellor. My main issue is that I've seen a huge lack of interaction and engagement from you in the two terms you've held so far. Most of my guys in 501st didn't even know there was a Chancellor until they did a Commando Droid encounter and killed you. One major thing I believe High Command should always be doing is promoting roleplay. Genuinely most people that see a RCMD+ will listen to anything they say and it is extremely refreshing to see a RCMD+ actually engage with the server in roleplay rather than as background characters that only interact with the battalions from a OOC point of view. I haven't seen much promotion of roleplay from High Command since I came back to the server almost a year ago now. I'm now in a mindset where I really don't care much for High Command one bit. Whether they're active or not them being in their positions never seem to effect me and I've gotten used to not seeing or hearing from members of High Command for the most part. This normally starts at the top then works it way down. High Command have zero presence on the server and it's been like that for a long time. Too many people use it as a hideaway position where their only focus is solving problems that "may" arise during their tenure then they use these silly problems that they had to get involved in as reasons why they were good at their job. From reading your application it seems you were aware people want to see more of you and hear more of you however it's taken two terms now to get that? Reading through your achievements section I've realized that most of them are just part of the job although these two stood out to me the most. I have only had one interaction with you since becoming BCMD, granted I've only been in the position for a month. I have not heard or seen anything regarding any type of BCMD documents or guides let alone any actual interaction from High Command other than my specific RCMD. Then there is the Senate. They have less of a presence on the server than High Command themselves and that doesn't really change much whether they are active or not however I'm not sure you have kept much of an active eye on them to notice that they are nonexistent. I see no roleplay from them when I do see a Senator once in a blue moon. Lastly my final critique is this section here. These discussions have been going on and off for months now and I have not seen you engage in any of the discussions that occurred. Obviously you are probably involved in any High Command behind the scenes discussions regarding this topic but this just goes to show the extreme lack of interaction you have with even CMDs, XOs, and BCMDs. You've got a good head on your shoulders Bro. You know how to handle things the right way and you've honestly done a lot of good things for the server in terms of decision making and behind the scenes work even prior to becoming Palpatine. I just can't help but thinking having someone new in the position would be more refreshing. The server is in a weird time now where everyone is an Egg and they're just holding onto positions for extreme amounts of time with no real change or direction coming out of it. Your application and responses haven't really eased my mind on any of these issues either. You acknowledge some of em but you're very vague about it. I just would like to see more of High Command and honestly it starts with you so hopefully if you get this third term you do more than just sit back and deal with things when they come your way. I am a good fit for the admiral because when I have a goal I will do anything to achieve that goal. Most of my goals in the navy I actually competed for. As CMO you had set out multiple goals such as a CPR training, however I personally haven't seen you attempting to push for that other than saying that you want to. Personally I'm mixed on this app.

-1, i can't support you for an application in a position as important as this when just 22 days ago you left your position in RC because, and i will quote you here "Haven't been promoted in 8 days". If this resignation said almost anything else this might be a plus one, but its not. A childish attitude like this shows to me that all you want are ranks and titles. I don't believe you are ready for this position and I think you need to go through a lot of personal growth before you are. Highest rank in faction, does not mean the best person for the position.

Glad to see actual lore in this suggestion, most don't even bother anymore (just look at Ghost Company). This is definitely a refreshing sight and an excellent suggestion. If this is denied then I can not say I am confident in the direction that the server is heading anymore.

I really hate to be like this, but this will help you later in life. Never trust your mother again with financial things. Period. Get your documents like your birth certificate, SSN card, ect. As much as you can. Put everything in your own thing with only your name. If your mother is willing to do this to you, you can from now on assume nothing positive will every come from her having any control over your financials. That being said I can't speak as to if its legal or not without knowing your state at the very least. Edit: Reason behing getting the documents, if you can't trust her for this, whats stopping her from opening loans in your name, taking the money, and not paying, which if you can't catch it can actually just ruin your life.

If the admiral position was a BCMD position perhaps i would be more inclined to support, but I have to account the idea of your position of being a high command member, which doesn't sit well with me i think if you stay at the position longer and solidify yourself more as the navy in charge i think i would more inclined to support, stick to being a CMD for a while and prove that you can make the big changes, you don't need to rush things to be honest. -1 Have more time in your position to show that you can actually take it. In your app you take more about your EXP in jedi then in navy thats a issue
