+1 While you were an admin previously, you were greatly helpful to 21st and other bats trying to set up for their trainings during the winding down hours for the server. Besides that, you used to do stuff to help create some passive RP as an admin which I appreciated.

Its Bacta, so i wanna go over some stuff as administration and wanted to discuss. First thing is first I wish to join the staff team to help out the server, with the past months I have fallen in love with the server and want to put my 100% into the server. For this i will discuss the reason why I stepped down from staff, It was my first 2-3 weeks of the server and I felt extremly overwhelmed granted most likely I could have handled it but with a mix of IRL situations going to shit as usual and other things populating onto it I felt I was going to fast with everything. I stepped down from TR/Staff and wanted to focus on 212th to be the best I could be and make sure I was going to put my full effort. I wanted to gain a full understanding of the server from a VIP perspective and understand situations, applying for staff before I only had around 70 hours (At least 20 hours were AFK) and just received SGT, personally I felt out of my league as I was learning how to staff while learning how to be a regular player on the server. Since then i have explored most avenues of the server going in depth of the systems and attempted to get a full understanding on the situations. Overall I want to give back to the server that i dedicated 300+ hours and want to help out the staff team. Tell us a little about yourself (3 sentence minimum): Overall I think I'm a decently chaotic person overall, but in most situations I get along with people excellent. My best trait is my ability to talk to new people and make them feel welcomed and evaluate people. I love to understand philosophy and go in depth with people to gain a full understanding, in situations I want to see the best in people to give them a fair chance and I constantly yearn to do my best. As described from people I put my absolute 100% and do my best to not half ass any work, I think my love for a server like this comes from just talking to people, my favorite part of the server is getting to know new people from diffrent parts of the world and cultures. Do you have any previous staff experience? If yes, please elaborate on what you have accomplished: Not much, I was a new admin for 1 week so i know the super basics. How many hours of in game time do you currently have on our Clone Wars server?:351:31:20 I do apologize on leaving the staff team before but I hope to perform better to make up, gaining a extra 100 hours has equipped me to tackle situations much better with a better understating on the server.
