It is with a heavy heart and sadness in my mind that I have been removed from Mech Reg. But I want you all to know I worked for every single one of you and enjoyed every single second I spent with you all and became better for it and worked for a better regiment and server as a whole and I'm sorry I couldn't reach my fullest intents or goals for all of you but I hope I did my best for everyone of you. All of you reading this post probably heard or learned about this yesterday. I wish the best for all of you and hope your futures are all well. And before any of you go spreading rumors I want to just state the reason for removal was me promoting someone to XO while I as reg could only promote COL at most without the permission of MCMD. Please don't give hate to Omalic or the directors although I disagree and many others do for their decisions, they also have to make decisions in what they feel is the best for the community. Although its a shame it ended this way I'm remembered for what I did in that position and what I did for the community. But from now and maybe for a while or for a short time Im just going to relax in the retirement home with the boys. Thank you all for your support in my time here. Ill still pop on but i just need a bit of a break. So basically, I will let the others answer as they wish. But like, they can be abusable and when attached to the right setups can cause ridiculous lag. For trust issues, and to avoid people's ability to make mistakes. They were simply removed. Solve a problem before it happens. @Rohan

Honestly I read this application and I see 41st, 41st, 41st. There's little mention of the 104th here and when they are mentioned there is little said as to what plans you may have to remedy the situation the 104th is currently in. They've no BCMD, they don't have the strongest Officer Core, and they've been struggling for awhile now. The 104th is half of the regiment, and I'd like to hear a little bit more about how you'd actually plan to make changes. -1 for now.

This... Currently how I saw it when I was working with BH the directors don't want anything to do really do with it and Im afraid that could kill it. To the point where trad and chambers refused to learn any of the systems to either help me develop them or would say yeah I learn about it when its more concrete. That was fine when I was here, but its not going to fly without someone there to babysit the faction and work on the problems that people see. To say that uh but muh idea to make it applicable to could of prevented this is the smallest brain thing I've heard in a long time. Regardless bounty hunter was supposed to be a thing that gave people a way to do something different a roleplay in a more engaging way then they could of on their clone. It is not supposed to be something you main and never was. From what sock has put I agree with him entirely -IF players are not roleplaying on it which is its main purpose remove it simple -Doc work... Uh guys its really not that hard most if not all is automated and I upkeeped it for 1 month and half by my self on opening when the volume was at its largest -Meshing with the server This is a starwars rp server | Its main focus is and always will be clones and jedi simple as that, and if players are putting on their big brain cap and trying to main bounty hunters like I've said and esco has said not to do then fuck right off Not going to vote just giving my opinion on the matter as I don't play

Well, I sort of mean an entire change to how the faction works- and really how player-driven roleplay on Synergy works in general. Even as just a VIP+ thing, having actual set spawns for civilians and enabling people to run around and just be unaffiliated. It'd have to be moderated somehow obviously, and there'd need to be something for them to do, but I'd say it's definitely an interesting idea to kick around @Scribbles

You are still forgetting that people shouldnt be maining BH as there are limits for a reason. BH is a thing that you do for a few hours and go back on your clone once you do your bounties. It shouldnt be taking away from the Republic population.

Lately when ever im bored on the server I attempt to just build random shit in the CSR(However its typically recreations of things from IRL/Video Games/Movies as that requires the least amount of thinking). So Far I have built D-Day and Helms deep as seen below. If you want anything built in CSR just leave the name of it and where its from and Ill attempt to recreate it to the best of my ability in CSR whenever I have the time.

I mean there isn’t much to fix with the 104th idk if you saw but their numbers have greatly improved. They have a strong officer corps as from what I have seen and a strong leadership going forward. I will help them whatever they need help with. If they need help with doc work, recruiting, things like that I would love to help them. And how am I gonna do anything with them, do what I think anyone would do, sit down have a meeting with them and see what problems need to be addressed and what we can do to solve them. I want to be there as a good asset for them whenever they feel the need to be helped
